Before Sending A Report
- Confirm iCloud Drive and app iCloud access are enabled on each device.
- Confirm your BYOK provider key is available in Keychain on the device that is processing drafts.
- Check whether a capture is still a draft or pending item rather than a saved todo.
- For Mac CLI modes, confirm the local command is installed and trusted.
Common Questions
Does Lisdo save AI output automatically?
No. AI output stays in draft review until you approve it.
Why does my API key not appear on another device?
Hosted BYOK keys use Keychain storage and can sync through Apple Keychain sync. If the key is missing, confirm Keychain sync is enabled for the Apple account on both devices or add the key again on the device that should process drafts.

TestFlight
The iOS TestFlight is open for testing now. App Store links will be added when public builds are available. Development status is tracked in the GitHub repository.
